By using the WellWay Transport website or scheduling our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services: We provide non-emergency transportation only. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Eligibility: You agree to provide accurate personal, appointment, and insurance information when requesting services.

Scheduling: Trips should be scheduled in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future service.

Passenger Responsibilities: Be ready on time, wear a seat belt, follow driver instructions, and treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.

Driver Responsibilities: Drivers provide safe, courteous transportation but do not provide medical care.

Payment: Services may be covered by Medicaid, insurance, contracts, or private pay. Private-pay balances are due according to agreed terms.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Liability: WellWay Transport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Website Use: Users may not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Privacy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes: We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
