WellWay Transport Privacy Policy

At WellWay Transport, we strive to provide reliable non-emergency medical transportation services.
Refunds may be issued when:
• A trip is canceled by WellWay Transport and no alternative service is provided.
• A duplicate or incorrect payment was processed.
• A refund is approved due to a verified billing error.

Refunds are generally not available for:
• No-show appointments.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, unless due to an emergency and approved by management.
• Trips that have already been completed.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
