Cancellation Policy

Booking: 1- All transportation requests must be submitted through our online booking system. 2- Please schedule transportation at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. 3- Same-day transportation requests require a phone call to our office and are subject to vehicle and staff availability. Call (210) 618-1577 4- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, appointment, and contact information when booking. Passenger Information: 1- Please indicate any special transportation needs during booking, including wheelchair assistance, walker accommodation, oxygen equipment, or other mobility requirements. 2- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult unless prior arrangements have been approved. Payment: 1- Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been approved. 2- We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Service Charges & Deadhead Fees: Transportation rates vary based on the service type, travel distance, waiting time, and assistance required. Deadhead Charges: A deadhead fee covers the cost of dispatching a vehicle to the pickup location. Fees vary by service. Example: Doctor Appointment Transportation: $50 deadhead fee plus mileage charges. Mileage Charges: Mileage is charged based on the total distance traveled and is added to the applicable deadhead fee. Waiting Time Charges: The first 15 minutes of waiting time are provided at no charge. If waiting time extends to 30 minutes, an additional $50 waiting fee will be charged. Additional waiting time beyond 30 minutes may result in further charges depending on the service provided. Pricing Notice: Rates may vary by service, distance, waiting time, and special requirements. Cancellations: 1- Cancellations should be made at least 5 to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 2- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3- No-show appointments may be charged the full transportation fee.
